How does the automation calculator work?
The calculator takes the hours per week spent on a manual task, the number of people doing it and their loaded hourly cost to get the annual labor cost. It applies an automatable share (by task type and how automatable the work is) to estimate the hours freed and the money saved, then compares two delivery models — an in-house build with a one-time cost, and a managed monthly retainer. Every coefficient is tunable to match real conditions.
Assumptions & methodology
Results use representative default figures: automatable shares of roughly 45–85% by task type, one-time build costs around ₪2,500–8,000 per weekly hour automated, and a managed retainer near ₪350/month per weekly hour.
